During the creation of a mod for the game I discovered a small, not too important Villager/Zombillager Visual Bug, while each of the Biome Villagers themselves have their own Definition of who displays what on their head, Zombillagers regardless of what Biome have the same display style,
while this is only visible for Butchers, this would affect future custom-preset villagers
