There is no space on the beacon's secondary power effects in the UI

      What I expected to happen was...:
      I built a fully powered beacon and opened the UI and found the secondary level effects were named correctly. 

      What actually happened was...:
      I built a fully powered beacon and opened the UI and found the secondary level effects weren't named correctly. There was no space between the effect's name and the roman numerals.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Make a fully powered beacon

      2. Open the beacon and select an effect

      3. Hover over the secondary power of the effect
