All skins in minecraft single player and multiplayer are displaying as 4PIXEL arm skins, for not just myself but everyone else as well. 

Yesterday we were unable to change our skins and see the updates in minecraft, and today all skins are unchangeable AND your skin appears to be 4pixel.

Not only in 1.15.2, but 1.12.2 and 1.8 as well (those are the only versions i checked)

The attached screenshot is of hypixel server, to show that its not just my skin being 4pixel but everyone's.
