I recently bought a realm for me and two friends to play on. However, whenever I log in to the realm, I cant do anything, cant interact with anything and the game only loads a few chunks around me. After 10 or so seconds, I get the message "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". This happens every day, and I cant play on the realm. I tried switching networks to my mobile one, did not fix the issue. I tried uninstalling Minecraft and removing all related files from my computer, redownloading and trying again, did not fix the issue. I flushed my DNS cache and even updated my Java, and even doing that did not fix the issue.

I can play on the server with my laptop using both of my internet connections just fine, however its really laggy (because of the laptops poor performance), I only get the error on my PC. I have tried searching the internet for solutions, yet there does not seem to be one, so Im hoping you can help me. I owned a realm before this, and did not have any issues using the same internet and the same PC. I cannot play on the realm at all.
