Hi, I've never written one of these before so forgive me if I forget something

Today I woke up and I noticed my skin had two black lines on the back of my arms. Now, I triple-checked to make sure I selected Alex instead of Steve and have restarted multiple times but no luck. I have used both Minecraft.net and the launcher to try to fix it.

What's strange is that it shows up fine in the launcher.
