This is a continued bug from a couple of previous snapshots. The enchantment "glint" / "shine" overlay effect is not rendering on the player. It appears on the item in the inventory, however not in 3rd person or to other players on a multiplayer server.

This gives the impression that enchanted armor & tools are not enchanted when they in fact are.

Please see the attached image where you can see the item is enchanted, but is not rendering with the enchantment glint.
