Empty chat messages are not displayed

      Sending an empty chat component will no longer result in an empty line in the chat HUD.

      How to reproduce

      1. Print an empty message 
        /tellraw @s ""

        There is no new line in chat.
        Notice that the game output log still has an entry "[CHAT] "
