The cartographer villager's trades involving the purchasing of any map doesn't appear to be working.

What I expected to happen was...:
With appropriate payment, obtaining the specified map for the trade.

What actually happened was...:
When I clicked the map, the compass was sent to my inventory and the map disappeared. Even stranger the villager's experience increased and the payment wasn't consumed. No matter how many times I made the attempt however, if I exit the gui, the villager's experience goes back to normal like nothing happened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find or spawn a villager cartographer and increase his tiers until you see a trade involving the ocean map or woodland map.
2. Obtain the materials required in order to make the trade.
3. Place the payment in the payment slots then click on the map that appears.
