While placing a torch, I had placed it on a redstone ore block, and instead of making a placing noise as it usually does, the torch was placed silently.

I tried placing a few more torches on a few other blocks nearby and on the other blocks they made the placing noise, but none while being placed while aiming at the redstone ore.

I also tried this with several blocks, placing stone, torches, gravel on redstone ore and none made the noise, so i believe this issue is with all the blocks placing.
