twisting vines crash the game when grown at low y lvl with no blocks below

      twisting vines check up to 4 blocks below them when generating/or beeing generated by bonemeal. this causes to game to go in an infinite loop if theres void below since it tries to find the bottom of the void... this crashes any world or server
