Game crashes on startup. Possibly launcher related.

I booted the game for the first time since some 2 months. The game kept returning "game crashed due to unexpected error. sorry for the inconvinience" type error message. I have included the log output. I've looked this issue up, most threads suggested a problem with the graphics card driver or a .jar-file issue.

I have reinstalled the latest Nvidia driver(as of 12.04.) twice and tried renaming the java files to "VERSION.jar.old", the latter causing the launcher to install the target version a second time. None of this worked so far. I didn't have any issues prior to this occurence.

I have played around with java installations, but the game runs on it's own internal runtime environment so that can't possibly be an issue as far as I'm concerned. Also this happen to every version of the game I attempt to load. So far 1.15.2, 1.8.1, 1.10 and the latest snapshot, all result in the same error.
