This happened twice so far, the nether fortresses just completely missing the interior part where the loot would be. 

I don't think I have to state why this is quite bad. 

I attached an image with the seed and coordinates where this has occurred in my world. I'm not sure if it's linked but before I entered the area there was a laggspike.
