When exploring the new nether, the forest biomes are way too common, and they almost mute out the other biomes therefore suppressing the spawn rates of fortresses. I wanted to explore all the new biomes so I used the biome locate command and had to travel over 1000 block to see a crimson forest (I spawned in a warped forest)! The rarity of these biomes should be changed. The nether wastes biome should spawn with the same rarity as oak forests in the overworld, the 2 forest biomes should spawn with the same rarity as extreme hills biome. And the basalt deltas biome (which should have a high spawn rate for fortresses) should have the same rarity as deserts (just a lot smaller; 500x500 should be the max).
