this is the first time in my survival world that I have killed an Enderman (with the help of my Iron golem!) and got an Ender Pearl. I thew it and landed, but my Ender Pearl was gone!  I thought that had to do with the fact that right before I had teleported, I had picked up an item, completely filling up my inventory. because of this, I thought it mite have been deleted, but I wasn't sure. so after opening my world to lan, I went into creative mode to get an Ender Pearl to see if it was different in creative. I threw one. yep, cool down and every thing. that's how I thought they worked in survival to. so I went back into survival, with a clearer inventory and an Ender Pearl, to see if my full inventory had been the problem. nope, it just disappeared like before.  I ran a couple of searchs to see how they where supposed to work. a few people said they where supposed to disappear after use, but most of the official sites like redit said that you could use them more then once, but they still had a few seconds of cool down time, just like I had thought they did.
