Windows 10, latest version as of the 7th of April of the year 2020.
Intel core i7

Unconfirmed
I set high tick speed, and game went to zero tick speed
What I expected to happen was...:
The tick speed to increase
What actually happened was...: The tick speed pretty much went to zero, only the flow of lava and water was working. I couldn't drop anything without it just disappearing and sand and gravel were frozen, same with sugarcane. Basically a frozen game I could roam around.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set tick speed high (222222222)
2. Set it high again (999999999)
3. Game should freeze
