Hello, I've recently noticed this glitch in the terrain generation of the latest version of 1.15.2.
I've generated a brand new world and I've noticed very near to my spawn that water was not flowing and generation seemed a bit unusual. Here i'll provide a seed, coordinates, and screenshot of the issue.

COORDINATES: x=586 , y=62 , z=-304

Update: was just traveling around the world, and I found a Polished Granite block in the sea for no reason... some seed are really bugged, may I get an explaination for that?
