Dear Sir or Madam,

When accessing my inventory I often can't get items out of the top right slot of my inventory.

This does not happen when using a chest or anything like that.

I am have no clue on how or why this happens and I haven't heard any of my friends having the same issue.

It happens in both multiplayer, Realms and single player.
