unable to start game after 1.12

    • I have the current version of Java, and I am playing on a mac book pro 2010 edition( I know it's an od computer but it usually works fine).

      I decided to get back into minecraft and wanted to load up 1.15. Game didn't start so updated Java and reïnstalled Minecraft. Checked again, and turns out I am unable to start any game version post 1.12.2. When loading it displays the followng error(can be seen in the attached foto). How do I solve this issue
