Zombie pigmen are spawning on soul sand, even though the surrounding area is lit by sea lanterns placed within 3 blocks of the soul sand. If a full block is placed, the light level shows as 12, but when walking on soul sand placed in the same spot, the light level shows as 0, potentially causing this issue
