For a couple of weeks, mobs on my vanilla minecraft server have not been burning in the daylight. These include: zombies, skeletons and phantoms. The world has been generated in 1.15.2 and even after starting the server using the   java -jar server.jar --forceUpgrade --eraseCache   command from MC-142134 they still don't burn.
