      Description

If I touch a honey block while i'm in a whirlpool bubble column, the honey makes me fall slower than expected.
This doesn't happen with a upward bubble column.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I touch a block of honey in a bubble column, I can go up or down normally.

      What actually happened was...:
Instead, the honey slowed me down in the whirlpool bubble column.

       Steps to Reproduce:

       1. Go to an ocean

       2. At the bottom of the ocean, place a Magma Block and Soul Sand

       3. Next to these blocks, create a column of Honey Blocks for both

       4. Test the two bubble columns while you touch the honey blocks
