Striders with Levitation walking on Lava don't levitate

      Applying levitation to a Strider walking on lava doesn't cause them to levitate off the lava.

      To replicate:

      1. Spawn a strider in lava
      2. Run the command: /effect give @e[type=strider] levitation 10 10
