Occasionally a baby zombified piglin chicken jockey can spawn riding a strider. I wasn't able to capture it spawning because the baby zombified piglin immediately dismounts the chicken when it spawns, leaving the chicken to wander off.
UPDATE: I was finally able to spawn another baby zombified piglin chicken jockey riding on a strider. As you can see in the image, the baby zombified piglin immediately dismounts the chicken which begins to walk away, while to baby zombified piglin is left riding the strider.
