      1. Input thee commands.

      /scoreboard objectives add useCompass minecraft.used:minecraft.compass
/scoreboard players set @s useCompass 0
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar useCompass

      2. Use a compass on a lodestone.

      Score doesn't increase.
