Pillager captains are not spawning, so no banners are dropped or available, so Bad Omen is unavailable. We are on 1.15.2 and have had banners before and since we moved to 1.15.2, but in the past 2 weeks, no captains have spawned.

What I expected to happen was...:
Pillager captains to spawn in patrols and at outposts - with the banner

What actually happened was...:
Pillagers spawn in both patrols and at outposts but no captains / banners. Multiple outposts across the world have been tested, same issue.
