I just loaded up a bufffet world in a soul sand valley surface buffet world and in 1 minute there where 61 ghasts flying around. And when I used /kill @e[type=minecraft:ghasts, command they would spawn back and the world would be filled with LOTS of ghasts making it unplayable for survival mode.
