Hey folks,

Minecraft seems to keep crashing about 2-3 minutes after I log in, and has this same error every time: 

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I've Googled fixes and tried a bunch of methods but nothing seems to have fixed it, and I can no longer play. Any help would be appreciated
