When you use anchor in nether, after putting glowstone and then dying enough times to make anchor discharge, next death will cause teleporting to overworld and telling that anchor is discharged. then when you left click on anything the block will change its form to block from nether at this coordinate. Death repairs everything and its back to previous state.
