Trying to get away form a zombified piglin, I climbed up a ladder. The zombified pigliln couldn't get up the ladder. I tested this with normal piglins, zombies, and other mobs and none of them seemed to be able to pathfind up the ladder.
Upon going back to 1.15.2, all mobs pathfound their way up ladders just fine, so it only seems to affect 1.16.
