I am using an Enchanted Fishing Rod for fishing (Luck of the Sea III, Lure III, Unbreaking III), which should result in 11 % Treasure, 4 % Junk and 85 % Fish according to wiki. My statistics show that I get only fish with one exception, one junk. In the screenshot provided there is set of items acquired with this Fishing Rod.
