The bug

Fishing near lily pads that are naturally generated in a swamp biome for example the player cannot receive the treasure loot table although they are meeting the requirements to do so. Most likely caused by the new 'in_open_water' predicate which does not have lily pads whitelisted alongside other aquatic foliage.
