Entering a nether portal whilst breaking it at the same time causes you to teleport to a random location in the nether/overworld.
Steps to recreate:
- Create a nether portal on creative mode.
- Go through the portal to create a portal in the nether.
- Go back through portal and break it at the same time.
- If this doesn't work keep attempting it with each portal until it works.
- You will be teleported somewhere random.
