Having commands running constantly at a location to stop a chest opening/closing sound, other sounds are being stopped. In previous versions this was never a problem. In a 15-block radius surrounding the source of the /stopsound command there is roughly a 50% chance for any sound to not work. I have no idea why, but this has proved consistent on multiple occasions.
