The bug

I have Hebrew set as my default language. 

Every time I start the game (i.e. run it from the launcher) - all the Hebrew text in the menus and the game itself appears backwards (see screenshot). 

To workaround the issue, I choose Hebrew again from the menu ("Options->Language").

Then, the text will appear correctly for the rest of the playing session (i.e. until I exit the game).

To reproduce

1. Select Hebrew (or another RTL language) from the language menu
2. Close the game
3. Reopen the game
   → All the text is backwards (you can tell by the position of the ellipses)
