      Please help...

       

      My laptop is running low on space but its nothing major. Recently I was playing my FAVOURITE minecraft world just AFKing and stuff. When I quit the world the game crashed but I assumed "Oh it's ok just a crash" but no. I just went to play it and it's not there please help me. Thank you already whoever reads this. Also if this can't be fixed please send me some info on how I should speedrun to my late-game status.
