Soul particle texture is incorrect for the first frame

      The bug

      When a minecraft:soul particle appears, its texture is light blue for the first frame, then it quickly changes to brown.

      To reproduce

      Run 

      /particle minecraft:soul ^ ^1 ^3 0.6 0.6 0.6 0.03 100
