CONFIRMED: Ocelots are not spawning in 20w10a they spawn fine in 1.15.2. Can not get
      Two-by-Two in my 20w10a world

Feline issue number 2:  In 20w10a scaled cat spawning **might be broken.

doing some testing... below is inaccurate

The wiki says cat population should scale with a village per 5 occupied beds maxing out at 10 cats. In versions 1.15.2 and 20w10a extra cats do not spawn in either native villages or in non-native villages (5 villagers brought away from their native village chunks) regardless of the number of occupied beds. The jellie cat variant becomes available in the game through 2 ways: [1] A villages cat population needs to scale up to match the number of claimed beds so the game spawns a cat and it happens to be the jellie cat or [2] a creative mode cat spawning egg is used a jellie cat spawns. A jellie cat never spawns among a villages original cats and since spawn method 1 is broken (scaled cat spawning), the jellie cat variant is impossible to find in survival. I cannot get A Complete Catalogue

MAJOR EDIT To Feline issue #2: Scaled cat spawning

Scaled cat spawning appears to be functional but inconsistent in both 1.15.2 and recent snapshots (20wXXX). On super flat worlds scaled cats successfully spawn in both native villages and villages made by the player. It appears every 5 employed villagers with a owned bed opens the buffer for more cats to spawn. Employment does seem to have a factor. The jellie cat has 1/11 chance of spawning through scaled cat spawning.
