I decided to make a map in 13w22a, so I made the original 0 out of 4 tier. Then I went to upgrade the map by surrounding it with more paper, and crafted it, but the map was still tier 0. I was on a lan with my friend nd he tried, and it still wouldnt work. My bug is, maps will not go up in tiers, even when crafted to.
