Trident with Loyalty Disappears

      When throwing a trident at a MOB it will disappear.  Enchanting the trident with Loyalty 1, 2 or 3 does not impact this bug.  The bug does not occur when throwing a trident at a block.  It only happens when throwing at a mob.
