Doing a command to /setblock or /fill in a soul fire block on anything other than soul soil just plays an extinguished fire sound and that's it.

Running the command and placing soul fire on soul soil works as it should, however.

This works in versions prior to 20w09a, by the way, so I'm assuming this wasn't intentional.
