My anvil broke after maybe 5 uses, showing no wear. (Just like Mr Krumb's report 142888)

I understand that there's a chance my anvil will degrade quickly, but it never became chipped or damaged. It looked just like when I crafted it, and broke after about 1/5 of the time it's expected to. With this happening to Mr Krumb 3 times, I'm thinking it's something that should be looked into, not just told "you have bad luck".
