Nylium blocks uses the new netherrack texture that was introduced in 18w43a doesn't match with the old netherrack texture from programmer art resource pack when one using programmer art resource pack.
For example when you use programmer art resource pack, keep the nylium characteristic like the inner grass spreading within the block, but instead use the old netherrack texture.
