Breaking speeds of Crimson and Warped blocks are unaffected by enchantments

      When mining Crimson and Warped blocks (besides the planks), the speeds are unaffected, no matter what tool you use.

       

      How to Reproduce: 

      1. Find a good axe
      2. Enchant your axe (With Efficiency V)
      3. Place a Crimson/Warped-related block
      4. Mine it

       - Mining speeds remain the same regardless of enchantment
