Hello

I have downloaded minecraft on a laptop I just bought. It is a DELL Windows 10 Pro, with all the Java updates and drivers up to date. All my games games run smoothly except minecraft. When I try to open the launcher the window will open with the "minceraft Launcher" but the rest of it is just full grey/black. I can tell that hte launcher is on the Login page because when I move the cursor around it changed to:
