When I went into the Nether and began to dig up some Soul Sand/Soil, the blocks were making no noise. Placing the blocks or walking overtop of them will not make noise either.

What I expected to happen was...:
The blocks "Soul Sand" and "Soul Soil" to make noise when broken.

What actually happened was...:
Said blocks did not make noise

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the Nether, or grab Soul Soul or Soul Sand in creative and place it down in the Overworld/End
2. Break Soul Soil or Soul Sand. It will not make noise.
