Soul sand and soul soil will play sound when I place and break

Soul sand and soul soil didn't play sound when I place and break

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place soul sand or soul soil on the ground
2. And break soul sand or soul soil
3. Both of 1. and 2. will show this bug
