It doesn't seem like this has been reported yet, but excuse me if it has been. The dark oak sapling item in the newest snapshot (20w07a) are called "Jukebox/Note Blocks" as opposed to "Dark Oak Sapling". It seems as if the text from the Music and Sounds menu has been copied over to the item somehow. This only seems to happen when using English (UK). I switched languages and the bug didn't happen.
