Stone Stairs should be Named Cobblestone Stairs like their other Cobblestone item counterparts. Also need to have "Plain" Stone Stair changed to be made of Stone to go with the Stone Slabs.

This issue already has 2 tickets but both were closed and marked resolved even when they aren't.
