Dear Mojang

I am not sure if this is a bug, but it definitely is a problem.

Ever since 1.15 Java Edition was released, I have been unable to play Minecraft at all when an internet connection is present. This has meant that I have only been able to play Minecraft on weekends offline compared to playing every day both offline and online which is what I used to do before this problem started happening.

I have tried to fix the problem myself several times to no avail and have even tried to email you, but unfortunately the only email address I could find was a do not reply email address which I don't think that managed to get to you.

Every time I try to play the game online it will make it near the end of the Mojang screen loading then crash. (screenshot attached)

Since trying to email you I have:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft twice

Taken my Minecraft to our local IT specialists

Changed my firewall settings

Replaced missing files

Looked at Minecraft's trouble shooting page

Went to help.mojang.com which didn't work for me
