Fatal Poison is a currently Bedrock Edition-exclusive status effect which is identical to poison in all ways except for the fact that it can kill the player directly instead of reducing them to one heart. As far as I'm aware it's inflicted on players by pufferfish, as well as on parrots by eating cookies.
